The PVM045ER05CS2C315200001AB-BD00 hydraulic unit belongs to the PVM Code B Piston Pumps series and is produced by Vickers. It supplies variable fluid delivery for hydraulic automation systems through a pressure and flow compensator that is plugged so the pump can trim output in response to both load pressure and circuit flow demand. With a displacement of 45.1 cm³ per revolution, the element meters a defined volume of oil each shaft turn. Clockwise input rotation is specified, which guides motor orientation in a power pack. The drive couples through an SAE J744-22-1 straight-keyed shaft, while the housing fixes to machinery using an SAE J744-101-2 B two-bolt flange. Side-mounted main ports keep hose runs compact, and SAE J518 flange ports present a common sealing surface for high-pressure lines.
During operation at 1800 rpm and 315 bar the pump supplies 76 L/min, and this flow is curtailed once system pressure falls to the 20 bar flow-compensator setting to limit heat generation at light load. Continuous service is permitted up to 315 bar, the same value set in the pressure compensator to stabilize circuit pressure. Short transients can rise to a 350 bar peak. The rotating group withstands a maximum speed of 1800 rpm with the e valve plate, delivering up to 41 kW of input power and 221 Nm of torque at the rated pressure. Dry weight is 24 kg, allowing manual handling during installation.
