The XT03B20 valve is part of the Pressure Reducing Valves series manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation systems that need controlled downstream pressure. It handles a maximum inlet pressure of 210 bar (3000 psi) and uses a nominal passage of 3/8 in. The “b” flow option passes 26 L/min (6.7 US gpm). Operation requires at least 10 bar (150 psi) between inlet and outlet. A G1/4 drain port tolerates 1.7 bar (25 psi) back-pressure. The cover is held by 5/16-18 UNC screws tightened to 27–33 Nm (37–45 lbf ft). Mass is 3.2 kg (7 lb).
Ambient service temperatures range from −20 °C (−4 °F) to +70 °C (+158 °F), and the fluid temperature limits extend from −20 °C (−4 °F) to +80 °C (+176 °F), so the XT03B20 stays functional in a wide range of climates. A G1/4 gage port lets personnel monitor secondary pressure directly on the body, while a G3/8 remote control port permits external piloting when remote adjustment is required. Compatibility with phosphate ester fluids is available when F3 seals are fitted, meeting requirements for certain fire-resistant hydraulic media.
