The XT 03 1F 30 pressure reducing valve belongs to the Pressure Reducing Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation systems that need controlled downstream pressure. The valve tolerates a maximum inlet pressure of 210 bar (3000 psi) so it can be mounted directly in high-pressure lines, while the maximum reduced pressure of 70 bar (1000 psi) limits the outlet to safe levels for actuators. A minimum adjustable pressure of 10.4 bar (150 psi) lets the user set low but stable control points, and the inlet-setting differential of 10 bar (150 psi) prevents hunting as system load changes. Flow capability reaches 53 L/min (14 USgpm), accommodating medium-capacity circuits without excessive pressure loss. The acceptable operating viscosity spans from 13 cSt to 500 cSt so the valve can work with a range of hydraulic oils, and fluid temperature limits of +80 °C for petroleum oil and +54 °C for water-containing fluids prevent seal damage in diverse media. An ambient temperature ceiling of +70 °C defines the highest allowable cabinet or machine temperature around the valve. Installation requires tightening the cover screws to 27–33 Nm to secure internal components without thread distortion, and the assembled unit weighs 3.2 kg which eases handling during service. Together these parameters keep the XT 03 1F 30 functioning reliably in mobile or industrial hydraulic equipment.
