The XCT063F30 valve belongs to the Pressure Reducing Valves series from Vickers and is installed in hydraulic systems to hold downstream pressure at a preset level. It tolerates a supply of 210 bar (3000 psi) and can limit that pressure to 200 bar (2850 psi) or reduce it to 13.8 bar (200 psi). During operation the XCT063F30 withstands ambient temperatures to +70 °C (+158 °F) and handles hydraulic oil up to +80 °C (+176 °F). The drain circuit is limited to 1.7 bar (25 psi) and attaches with a G1/4 (ISO 228/1) thread, keeping back-pressure from affecting the control spring. A second G1/4 port accepts a pressure gauge so technicians can monitor the reduced line. Remote adjustment is available through a G3/8 (ISO 228/1) pilot port, allowing setpoint changes from a control panel. The assembled unit weighs 5.6 kg (12.3 lb), light enough for single-person installation while remaining robust for continuous industrial service.
