The XCG03F21 valve belongs to the Pressure Reducing Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation that requires stable downstream pressure control and reverse-flow blocking. This pressure reducing check valve handles a maximum inlet pressure of 210 bar (3000 psi) so the upstream circuit can operate at high pressure while the valve limits pressure in the branch line. With a rated flow capacity of 14 US gpm, it supports moderate fluid volumes without excessive pressure loss. The unit is supplied in size 03 with 3⁄8-inch ports, allowing it to match common manifold patterns. Manifold or subplate mounting simplifies installation in compact power units and keeps external piping to a minimum.

Pressure is set with a knob that includes a lock screw, letting technicians adjust the value and secure the setting against vibration. The minimum adjustable outlet pressure is 150 psi, which permits low-pressure circuits such as pilot lines to run reliably. Eight cover screws are required to clamp the body halves together, providing even gasket compression and leak-free service.
