The KDG5V533C80NEHMUH110 valve is part of the KDG Non-feedback Proportional Valves series from Vickers and is used to modulate hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It employs a solenoid-controlled pilot-operated actuation so electrical commands shift a pilot stage that in turn drives the main spool. The unit is built as a two-stage assembly to combine quick response with stable main flow control. A mounting interface that follows ISO 4401-05 / NFPA D05 / CETOP 5 simplifies manifold integration. The spool design bleeds ports A and B to T in the neutral state, while meter-in and meter-out characteristics let the user regulate acceleration and deceleration. Rated flow through the A and B ports reaches 80 L/min, supporting medium-capacity circuits. Both the pilot supply and the pilot drain are external so the pilot pressure and return can be conditioned independently of the main gallery.
The assembly tolerates a working limit of 315 bar, equal to 4500 psi, enabling use in high-pressure industrial systems. Hydraulic cleanliness must be maintained at ISO 17/15/12 to protect the precision spool and orifices. A water-resistant manual override permits local actuation without exposing the mechanism to moisture ingress. Viton seals are fitted to withstand high temperatures and aggressive fluids common in synthetic hydraulic oils. The body measures 238.76 mm in length, 70.36 mm in width, and 175.26 mm in height, dimensions that fit standard D05 manifolds while leaving clearance for coil wiring.
