The KDG4V533C30NZMUH730 proportional valve belongs to the KDG Non-feedback Proportional Valves series from Vickers and is intended to modulate hydraulic flow in automated machinery. Its P blocked, A and B to tank spool establishes a safe vent condition when de-energized, while meter-in / meter-out metering supports smooth acceleration and deceleration of actuators. Wiring is completed through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector, simplifying field replacement and troubleshooting.
No manual override is provided, so all spool movement must be commanded electrically, preventing unintended shifts during maintenance. Because on-board electronics are not included, an external driver card supplies the proportional signal and allows tuning to system requirements. Viton seals are fitted to resist high temperature and many hydraulic additives, limiting leakage over long service intervals. The valve handles AW oils and non-alkyl phosphate esters, and oil cleanliness must remain at ISO code 17/15/12 to protect the finely machined spool lands.
