The KDG4V52C50NZMUH730 valve is produced by Vickers for the KDG Non-feedback Proportional Valves series and serves to regulate hydraulic flow in automated machinery. Actuation is handled by a solenoid, and the coil requires 24 V DC, so the spool position can be varied with a low-voltage driver. A spring-centered construction returns the spool to neutral when the coil is de-energized, protecting downstream components. The mounting interface follows ISO 4401-05 / NFPA D05 / CETOP 5 / NG10 patterns, giving interchangeability with common subplates. Wiring is completed through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector for fast installation. The body withstands operating pressures up to 315 bar (4500 psi), allowing use in high-pressure circuits. It is compatible with AW oils and non-alkyl phosphate esters, and system cleanliness must be held to 17/15/12 to maintain reliable metering.


Port A and port B each pass up to 50 L/min, offering identical flow capacity in both directions of cylinder movement. Meter-in and meter-out characteristics provide proportional flow during acceleration and braking of loads. The unit contains no internal feedback sensor, so external transducers must supply position data if closed-loop control is required. On-board electronics are not included, meaning the control cabinet must furnish the regulated coil current. There is no separate command input terminal, and no digital communication protocol is supported, so control signals are delivered directly as analog current. A manual override is also omitted, leaving all actuation to the solenoid circuit. Eliminating these auxiliary features reduces size and simplifies maintenance in systems that need straightforward proportional flow control.
