The KDG4V3S2C19NMUH560 valve belongs to the KDG Non-feedback Proportional Valves series and is produced by Vickers. It regulates hydraulic flow and pressure in automated circuits using a solenoid-controlled spool that is spring centered when de-energized. The unit mounts on an ISO 4401-03 / NFPA D03 / CETOP 3 sub-plate, and its meter-in / meter-out characteristic allows bidirectional throttling. At ports A and B it delivers a rated flow of 19 L/min while holding up to 350 bar, and the T port can withstand 100 bar. The electromagnetic circuit presents a coil resistance of 7.3 Ω and an inductance of 29 mH, permitting full power operation at a 100 % duty cycle without overheating. Wiring is completed through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector, and the housing carries an IP65 rating so the valve resists dust ingress and water jets when properly mated. A plain manual override lets maintenance staff shift the spool during commissioning or power loss. Fluid entering the valve must meet a cleanliness level of 17/15/12 to prevent wear and assure metering accuracy.
