The KBHDG4V3TXPE710 is produced by Vickers for the Directional Control Valves series and directs hydraulic flow in automated equipment. It installs on an ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 (D03) manifold interface to match common sub-plates. System pressure at ports p, A, and B can reach 350 bar (5000 psi), allowing the valve to handle high-pressure circuits. Electrical power is supplied at a nominal 24 VDC, while the design accepts input as low as 21 VDC and as high as 36 VDC for flexibility with variable supplies. The electronics draw up to 3 A during operation. A command line becomes active once 8.5 V is present and is forced inactive when the voltage falls below 6.5 V, establishing clear enable and disable thresholds.
Ambient operation is permissible from 0 °C to 70 °C, enabling use in typical machine rooms and outdoor enclosures. The housing achieves IP65 and IP67 ratings, so dust ingress is limited and the unit can withstand temporary immersion. Control lines tolerate up to 18 V of common-mode potential relative to pin B, and the internal amplifier limits the differential e-d voltage to 100 mV to protect the spool driver. Full spool travel produces a monitor signal that spans ±10 V for remote position feedback, delivered through an output stage with 10 Ω impedance. Pulse-width modulation of the solenoid runs at 10 kHz, providing fine flow resolution without introducing audible noise into the hydraulic system.
