The KBHDG4V35XPE710 valve belongs to the Directional Control Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation where electrical commands position a spool to change flow paths. The electronics accept a ±10 V DC command signal, and movement begins only after the threshold command voltage of 0.25 V is exceeded. A ±10 V DC monitor signal on pin F returns actual spool position to the control system. Dynamic performance is defined by a 17 ms step response from 0 to 100 percent, while hysteresis stays below 1 percent of maximum stroke to improve repeatability. The driver is powered from a 24 V DC supply and will tolerate 21 to 36 V DC, demanding up to 3 A during full stroke. Pulse-width modulation at 10 kHz energizes the solenoids and keeps acoustic emissions low.
The valve installs on an ISO 4401-03 / ANSI B93.7M-D03 interface, enabling direct substitution for standard D03 mounting patterns.
