It accepts a ±10 V DC command signal in the M1 configuration so an electronic controller can drive the spool proportionally. Input impedance is 47 Ω, which allows the drive stage to sense the reference without excess loading. Electrical power and enable logic are routed through a PH7 seven-pin plug, and coil activation requires at least 8.5 V on the enable pin to prevent unintended motion. The spool follows type 33 geometry that closes port P while bleeding ports A and B to tank, and metering code N provides meter-in and meter-out control for smooth bidirectional motion. A spring-centered dual-solenoid layout returns the spool to center when de-energized. The design supports a flow rate of 20 L/min (5.28 US gpm), making it suitable for medium-capacity actuators.
The unit mounts on an ISO 4401-03 (D03) interface so it can be fitted to common subplates. Internal electronics run from a 24 V DC supply, and maximum draw is limited to 3 A to protect power conductors. The driver excites the solenoids with a 10 kHz PWM carrier, which reduces hydraulic ripple and improves linearity. Ports P, A, and B are rated for 350 bar (5000 psi) to handle high-pressure circuits, while the T port tolerates 210 bar (3000 psi) when the L drain line is used. The separate L drain is restricted to 10 bar (150 psi) to safeguard seals and bearings. A ±10 V DC monitor signal on pin F provides real-time feedback of spool position to the control system. These electrical and hydraulic limits allow the valve to perform reliably in demanding industrial and mobile equipment.
