The KBFDG4V-3-2C20N-Z-M1-PC7-H7-11 valve is part of the Directional Control Valves series from Vickers, built to govern actuator movement in hydraulic automation systems. It responds to a ±10 VDC command input, and a matching ±10 VDC monitor signal provides feedback to the machine controller. Internal electronics are powered by 24 VDC, and the design draws up to 3 A so protective circuitry can be sized accurately. Continuous 100 % duty capability keeps the coil energized without overheating during long cycles. Hysteresis stays below 1 % of maximum stroke, keeping flow changes linear to the input. With all ports closed at the neutral position, the spool blocks flow when no signal is present. Installation uses the ISO 4401-03 (D03) interface to fit standard subplates in compact manifolds.
The driver circuitry applies a 10 kHz PWM signal to position the spool, delivering a rated flow of 20 L/min for steady actuator speed. Working pressure reaches 350 bar on the P, A, and B ports, the T port is limited to 105 bar, and the internally drained L passage withstands 210 bar. Step response is 17 ms from 0 to 100 % command and 16 ms for the return, giving rapid reversals in servo duties. An IP65/IP67 housing seals the assembly against dust, water jets, and brief immersion when mated with compatible connectors, allowing dependable operation in demanding plant environments.
