The KBDG5V-7-33C130N65-X-T-M2-PE7-H1-11 proportional directional control valve belongs to the Directional Control Valves series from Vickers and is intended to regulate flow and spool position in automated hydraulic systems. Its internal electronics accept a 4–20 mA command signal so standard current loop controllers can issue precise position demands, and an input impedance of 100 Ω keeps the loop burden low. The amplifier runs from a 24 V DC supply, while a maximum supply current of 3 A establishes cable and fuse sizing. Solenoid force is modulated at 10 kHz, which helps minimize hysteresis during small-signal changes. A continuous duty rating of 100 % ED allows the valve to stay energized indefinitely without overheating. Wiring is completed through a 7-pin PE7 plug that groups power and control lines in one connector. An IP67 enclosure rating protects against dust and immersion, supporting exposed installation locations.

The hydraulic section supports flow rates up to 300 L/min (80 US gpm) for medium-to-high capacity actuators. Working ports P, A, B, and X withstand 350 bar (5000 psi), while the T port is limited to 210 bar (3045 psi) to safeguard the tank return path. The pilot stage tolerates the same 350 bar pressure, ensuring stable actuation even at peak system load. Ambient temperatures may reach 70 °C without derating, and permissible oil temperature also tops out at 70 °C to maintain fluid integrity. During storage or transit the product endures −25 °C to +85 °C, reducing risk of thermal damage before commissioning. These pressure, flow, and temperature capabilities let the valve maintain accurate directional control in demanding mobile or industrial hydraulic machinery.
