The KBDG4V-52-C70N-Z-M1-PE7-H7-10 directional control valve is built by Vickers for the Directional Control Valves series. It meters hydraulic flow in automated machinery by shifting a single stage spool that is centered with all ports blocked to hold actuator position when de-energized. The valve handles 70 L/min and withstands 315 bar at the pressure, A, and B ports, supporting medium-capacity circuits. Command signals are accepted as ±10 V while the solenoid operates from a 24 V DC supply, and electrical power is routed through a 7-pin PE7/H7 connector. The unit mounts on a subplate and follows the ISO 4401-05 / NFPA D05 / CETOP 5 interface, enabling replacement without manifold changes.
Typical operation introduces only 5 bar (72 psi) pressure drop at the rated flow, minimizing energy loss in the circuit. The proportional coil draws up to 1.2 A, so drive electronics must be sized accordingly. The tank port is rated for 210 bar to accommodate return line surges, and fluorocarbon seals resist common hydraulic oils over the service range from −20 °C to 70 °C. Cleanliness of 17 / 15 / 12 per ISO 4406 is required to prevent spool wear and maintain response accuracy. These characteristics allow the valve to provide precise directional control while fitting standard power supplies and maintaining durability in industrial environments.
