DG18V-3-2N-P-60

The DG18V-3-2N-P-60 is produced by Vickers within the Directional Control Valves series and supports hydraulic automation by routing pressure and return lines to selected actuator ports. It is air operated, so a pneumatic pilot shifts the spool without electrical solenoids; the design therefore carries no coil rating and provides no electrical connection points. The valve mounts on an ISO 4401-03 interface, allowing direct sandwich stacking in standard subplates. Rated flow reaches 20 GPM, giving sufficient capacity for medium-size cylinders and motors in industrial machinery.

The unit is intended for petroleum oils and requires system cleanliness of 19/17/14 to maintain reliable spool movement and sealing. There is no indicator light, so position status must be confirmed through external sensors if needed. A manual override is installed at the operator end only, permitting local actuation during commissioning or in case of pilot air loss.
