The 1SB304-P-12-S directional valve is manufactured by Vickers for the Directional Control Valves series and routes hydraulic flow in automation circuits. The screw-in cartridge installation mounts the valve directly into a manifold, and the A5302 cavity defines the bore dimensions needed for correct fit. A cartridge-only port type confines all connections inside the manifold block. Four valve ports supply the P, T, A, and B flow paths required for bidirectional actuator control. A nominal flow capacity of 30 L/min supports moderate circuit demands without excessive pressure drop, while a 350 bar pressure rating allows use in high-pressure industrial machinery.
This model is pilot-operated so the main spool shifts under fluid pilot force, and the pilot stage is set to actuate at 100 bar. Internal leakage is limited to 50 ml/min, reducing energy loss during idle conditions. Four housing ports line up with external plumbing when a cover is used. No auxiliary actuation option is fitted, and the valve omits a detent so the spool repositions only under hydraulic or spring force. Flow adjustment is completed with a leakproof screw that can be set without external seepage, allowing fine tuning while keeping the circuit clean.
