It uses pilot-operated actuation, so a small control stage shifts the main spool under system pressure rather than direct solenoid force. The unit handles a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and accommodates up to 700 L/min, allowing it to control large cylinders or motors without excessive pressure drop. A 2-position closed-center spool keeps all work ports blocked in neutral, while a spring-centered arrangement automatically returns the spool when the coil is de-energized. Both pilot supply and pilot drain are internal, eliminating external jumper lines on the manifold. The mounting interface follows ISO 4401-08, which standardizes port geometry for stack assembly. Electrical control is provided by a 120 VAC 60 Hz solenoid coil rated at 20 W, and a plain manual override permits local shifting during commissioning or power loss.
This valve is compatible with petroleum-based hydraulic oils and relies on fluid cleanliness maintained to ISO 19/17/14 to protect the precision surfaces in the pilot and main stages. Buna-N seals are fitted to resist common mineral oil additives and operate across typical mobile and industrial temperature ranges. A 7/16-20 UNF (SAE) gauge port thread accepts standard pressure transducers or test fittings for circuit monitoring. There is no indicator light, so electrical status must be confirmed at the control panel or by observing machine movement. Because the coil draws only 20 W at its rated voltage, panel heat generation remains low even during continuous duty. The closed-center design, internal pilot circuits, and plain override work together to provide predictable stopping, easy setup, and reduced external plumbing for high-flow directional control tasks.
