The Vickers DG5V-8-H-8C-X-E-VM-U-B-1 0 is part of the DG5 Two-Stage Directional Valves series. This valve uses a pilot operated actuation type with an external pilot supply and drain. It is equipped with a CETOP 3 high performance pilot valve and a spring centered tandem P-T spool arrangement. The coil is rated for 110 VAC at 50 Hz or 120 VAC at 60 Hz, and features Class H insulation for thermal protection. The unit operates continuously with a 100 percent duty cycle and has a fast response option enabled. Electrical connection is made by an ISO 4400 interface, which also provides IP65 ingress protection when used with the correct plug. The solenoid energization adheres to German practice and the valve includes a plain manual override.
