The Vickers DG5S80C2EMX2ER430 is part of the DG5 Two-Stage Directional Valves series. This valve features a two-stage pilot-operated, four-way configuration with a spring-centered spool arrangement. It has a recommended flow capacity of 170 liters per minute, which equals 45 US gallons per minute. The maximum operating and tank line pressures are both rated at 210 bar or 3000 psi. Maximum pilot pressure is also 210 bar, with an external pilot pressure supply. The fast response pilot pressure limit is 140 bar or 2000 psi, and the pressure port check valve cracks at 3.45 bar or 50 psi.
