The DG5S4 0633C 51 S207 valve is produced by Vickers for the DG5 Two-Stage Directional Valves series and serves to direct hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It is rated for continuous operation at 207 bar (3000 psi), allowing use in high-pressure circuits. A recommended flow capacity of 473 l/min (125 USgpm) maintains low pressure drop, while the design can tolerate up to 946 l/min (250 USgpm) without malfunction during transient events. At 207 bar with an AC solenoid the spool shifts in 0.055 s, supporting rapid motion reversal. Electrical power enters through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) plug connector, and with the mating plug fitted the coil enclosure achieves IP65 protection against dust and water jets.
Installation uses the ISO 4401-10 (NFPA D10) sub-plate interface so the valve can mount directly on standard manifolds. Six mounting holes with diameters of 19.8 mm (0.781 in) position the body, and each screw may be tightened to 285 Nm (210 ft·lbf) to resist separation under load. The overall length is 378.0 mm (14.88 in), which provides a reference for cabinet or stack layouts. A .4375-20 UNF-2B test port thread allows connection of diagnostic gauges during setup or troubleshooting.
