The MCV1-16-S-16T-35 cartridge valve is manufactured by Vickers within the Cartridge Valves series for hydraulic automation circuits. A screw with a locknut is provided for adjustment so the set point stays fixed after commissioning. A pilot ratio of 11:1 allows a relatively low pilot pressure to control a higher load pressure, reducing actuator effort. Internal leakage is limited to 5 drops per minute at 210 bar, conserving energy and maintaining downstream pressure stability.
