The Danfoss 11021255 belongs to the OS Steering Units series and features a full drain LS dynamic hydraulic version. This model operates efficiently in ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C, with oil temperatures from -30°C to 100°C. It can withstand a maximum back pressure of 40 bar and has a permissible surface temperature up to 120°C. The unit supports a maximum manual steering torque of 120 Nm and a maximum momentary load torque of 240 Nm. Hydraulic fluid contamination should not exceed 21/19/16 according to ISO 4406 standards. The steering unit is equipped with a pilot relief valve, as well as both shock and suction valves. It uses a non-reaction type design for steering response.
