The 060B017091 differential pressure switch is part of the MP Differential Pressure Switches series from Danfoss and is intended to safeguard hydraulic automation circuits by supervising pressure differences between two points. It leaves the factory adjusted to close at 0.65 bar, and its 0.2 bar contact differential keeps cycling tight for accurate control. A single-pole double-throw contact lets the same device handle both run and alarm channels, while the Manual Min reset requires an operator to restore operation after a fault. The relay releases only after 45 s, so brief transients do not cause unwanted shutdowns.
Operating limits cover ambient temperatures from -40 °C to 60 °C, and the low-pressure side can see between -1 bar and 12 bar without mechanical deformation. Continuous duty is rated for 17 bar, and pressure tests up to 22 bar are allowable during commissioning. Process piping attaches through a 1/4 in flare fitting, and wiring enters via a screwed cable entry sized Pg 13.5. The enclosure carries an IP20 rating, which confines use to clean, dry panels.
