The 060B013391 differential pressure switch belongs to the MP Differential Pressure Switches series and is produced by Danfoss. It supervises pressure differences in hydraulic automation loops and trips its single-pole double-throw contacts when the setpoint is reached. The device is supplied with a 1000 mm capillary tube so the sensing element can be mounted away from the control enclosure. A fixed contact differential of 0.20 bar creates a narrow switching band for accurate pressure control. Users can adjust the differential setting between 0.30 bar and 4.50 bar to match system requirements, and the low-pressure range spans from −1 bar to 12 bar to cover vacuum start-up and positive operating conditions. The pressure port is a 1/4 in ODF solder connection, allowing direct brazing to copper lines in compact manifolds. An SPDT contact arrangement supports either opening or closing logic during an alarm event.

Its contact block is rated for AC15 2 A at 250 V and DC13 0.2 A at 250 V, providing adequate load capacity for control relays and indicator circuits. An electrical entry sized Pg 13.5 accepts standard cable glands for secure strain relief, and the IP20 enclosure rating limits dust ingress while requiring installation inside a protective panel. The factory setting is 9.0 psig, letting the unit ship ready for general service without field calibration. The switch tolerates continuous operation up to a working pressure of 17 bar and can be pressure-tested to 22 bar during commissioning. A rated impulse voltage of 4 kV protects the relay against transient peaks common in solenoid-driven systems. Once actuated, the relay releases after 45 s to prevent rapid cycling and to give downstream equipment time to stabilize.
