ZXFG Throttle Valves

The Bosch Rexroth ZXFG Throttle Valves are non-return throttle valves configured as sandwich plate valves for use in stackable hydraulic systems. They work by using a spindle with a hexagon socket and scale as an adjustment element to manually control the size of an orifice, thereby setting a defined restriction on the flow of hydraulic fluid. The key function is to limit the flow to two separate actuator ports (A and B). While restricting flow in one direction (throttling), these valves allow free flow in the opposite direction due to an integrated non-return function. They enable the fine-tuning of actuator speed for specific movements and can handle operating pressures up to 315 bar.
