The ZDC32P2X/V pressure compensator belongs to the ZDC Pressure Compensators series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation where stable flow is required under varying loads. It is built to nominal size NG 32 and uses a sandwich plate design that fits between standard manifold sections. An ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 porting pattern aligns its body with complementary valve plates, and the housing provides P, A, B, T, X, and Y ports to manage main, actuator, and pilot lines. Internal pilot oil supply eliminates external feed piping, while the valve can be installed in any position without affecting performance. Six mounting holes drilled to 22 mm diameter accept six M20 ISO 4762-10.9 screws, ensuring rigid clamping in the stack. Ports A, B, and P withstand operating pressures up to 350 bar, port T is limited to 250 bar, and port Y is rated for 150 bar, so each connection can be matched to its service function. The compensator begins throttling when the pressure differential reaches 10 bar, holding downstream pressure within a narrow band for consistent actuator speed. FKM sealing elements resist heat and mineral oil to prevent leakage, and the assembled block weighs 64.7 kg, so suitable handling equipment should be provided during installation and maintenance.
