The ZDC32P-2X/M is a pressure compensator in the ZDC Pressure Compensators series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is used in hydraulic automation to maintain consistent pressure between supply and downstream circuits. The unit has a nominal size of NG 32 which defines the passage dimensions for high flow installations. Its 2-Way (P) valve version provides a single regulated path between the P port and the controlled line. The sandwich plate design connection allows stacking with other components without external piping. A maximum operating pressure of 350 bar permits use in high-pressure systems, while a control differential setpoint of 10 bar determines when the compensator begins throttling. The valve supports a maximum flow of 520 l/min to handle large volume circuits, and internal pilot oil supply eliminates the need for external pilot lines. Installation can be in any position which simplifies layout in tight manifolds.
Port ratings include 250 bar on T and 150 bar on Y, defining safe back-pressure limits for return and drainage lines. The porting pattern ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 aligns the valve face with common NG 32 sub-plates to speed installation. Required oil cleanliness is ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15, which minimizes wear at the throttling edges. Six M20 ISO 4762 (10.9) screws secure the sandwich body, and the mating surface must reach Rzmax 4 so the NBR seals seat evenly. The elastomer material supports standard mineral hydraulic fluids and resists compression set. Total mass is 64.7 kg, so adequate support is needed when the stack is assembled. Handling during maintenance must account for this mass to avoid plate or seal damage.
