ZDC10XP-1X/4XLM

The ZDC10XP-1X/4XLM pressure compensator is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the ZDC Pressure Compensators series and is intended to keep a stable pressure drop in hydraulic automation circuits. It is built in size 10, which sets the passage dimensions for Ng 10 manifolds. A sandwich plate design lets the module be inserted between other ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 components without external pipework, while an unrestricted installation position helps fit the plate in crowded power units. Ports A, B, and P withstand 350 bar so the valve can sit directly in high-pressure supply lines; port T is limited to 250 bar to protect tank return paths, and port X can be loaded to 100 bar because it only senses pilot control pressure. A fixed 10 bar pressure differential governs the spool movement that steadies flow, and an external pilot oil supply prevents interaction between the control gallery and the main load stream.

The valve carries a maximum flow rating of 85 l/min, allowing medium-size cylinders and motors to operate without excessive restriction. System oil must meet cleanliness class 20/18/15 under ISO 4406 so the compensating spool continues to slide freely during long duty cycles. NBR sealing elements contain the working fluid and handle common mineral oils found in industrial installations. Four M6 screws to ISO 4762 property class 10.9 clamp the 3.0 kg plate to the manifold stack, supplying the preload needed to resist vibration and pressure cycling. The Y port endures up to 150 bar, giving a safe route for pilot drainage when remote venting is selected.
