The ZDC10P-2X/XM belongs to the ZDC Pressure Compensators series from Bosch Rexroth and is used to hold a stable differential pressure so downstream flow controls stay accurate under varying loads. It is built as a 2-way version that regulates flow between the P and A lines. Nominal size NG10 sets the port dimensions, while the sandwich plate connection lets the valve sit between subplates in a stacked manifold. An external pilot oil supply at port X isolates the control circuit from main flow to improve response. The ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 porting pattern aligns the valve with standard NG10 plates for quick assembly. The spool moves when the pressure drop reaches 10 bar, and the design carries up to 85 l/min through the compensator.
Ports P, A, and B tolerate pressures up to 350 bar, whereas the return port T is limited to 250 bar. Four ISO 4762 M6 class 10.9 screws fasten the body to the manifold and withstand the stated working limits. NBR seals are fitted to resist common hydraulic oils and prevent leakage. The valve can be installed in any position, giving flexibility when arranging modules in a power unit. Fluid cleanliness must meet class 20/18/15 per ISO 4406 to restrict wear on internal surfaces. The assembled unit weighs 3.0 kg, allowing a single technician to position it during maintenance.
