The ZDBT-XP2-1X/315 valve belongs to the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series produced by Bosch Rexroth and is used to limit system pressure in hydraulic automation manifolds. It fits manifolds with nominal size 6, and its sandwich plate mounting simplifies stacking beneath directional valves to create compact control stations. A porting pattern of ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 aligns the pressure and tank galleries with standard subplates, while 9.25 × 1.78 mm O-rings seal the P and T ports against external leakage. Four M5 screws to ISO 4762-10.9 provide the clamping force required to hold the housing without distortion. Mineral oil of the HL or HLP type must be used, and the fluid can reach 80 °C without degrading valve function. Cleanliness class 20/18/15 per ISO 4406 is required to avoid spool wear and maintain consistent cracking characteristics.
