The ZDB10VP2-4X/200V SO30 valve is designed to control system pressure in hydraulic automation and is supplied by Bosch Rexroth within the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series. It provides protection through a P–TA relief path and tolerates a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar. The pressure can be preset up to 200 bar, and a nominal size 10 passage handles flows to 100 l/min for medium-capacity circuits. Adjustment type 2, consisting of a sleeve with hexagon and protective cap, allows fine pressure setting with a 30 mm wrench while preventing unauthorized changes. Proper assembly demands 50 Nm on the SW30 flats, and FKM seal material resists high-temperature or chemically aggressive hydraulic oils.
The valve uses sandwich plate connection so it can be inserted between manifold sections without extra piping. Its working ports follow the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 layout and are interchangeable with the NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D05 standard, while pilot ports conform to the ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 pattern to align with other size 10 modules. A sealing plate measuring 80 × 70 × 1.5 mm maintains leakage-free passages inside the stack. The compact body weighs 2.4 kg and may be mounted in any position, easing integration into confined power units. An ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 cleanliness requirement limits particle contamination to protect the pilot stage and ensure consistent relief performance.
