The ZDB10VA2-41/200 pressure relief valve belongs to the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series produced by Bosch Rexroth. Intended for hydraulic automation, the sandwich plate connection lets the valve sit between subplates and directional valves to limit pressure in channel A and divert excess flow to tank. It is manufactured in nominal size 10 and uses the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 mounting interface for direct stacking. Pressure is adjusted by a sleeve with a hexagon cap, and the relief function is configured as A–TA (VA) to protect the A-line. A maximum set pressure of 200 bar establishes the working threshold, while the body tolerates operating pressures up to 315 bar for safety in high-load circuits.
The unit routes up to 100 l/min through a single pressure valve cartridge and carries the NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D05 port pattern for compatibility with North American manifolds. It accepts hydraulic media with viscosities from 10 to 800 mm²/s and operates in fluid temperatures from −20 to +80 °C. System cleanliness must be maintained at ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to prevent seat wear. All sealing points use NBR material, and a flat sealing plate measuring 80 × 70 × 1.5 mm is supplied to prevent external leakage.
