The Z2DB6VD2-4X/200 pressure relief valve belongs to the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits that require controlled pressure limitation. It is built as a size 6 NG6 unit and connects as a sandwich plate valve so it can be inserted between standard subplates. Two valve cartridges operate in parallel to manage flow in both A–B and B–A directions. Pressure adjustment is carried out through a sleeve with a hexagon head, and the required tightening torque on that hexagon is 50 Nm to secure the setting. For system protection the valve allows a maximum set pressure of 200 bar.
The hydraulic body withstands a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar, while counter pressure on the return line is permitted up to 40 bar. Connection ports follow the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 pattern, enabling direct stacking with compatible control blocks.
