The Z2DB6VC1-4X/200 pressure relief valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth in the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series. It limits pressure in hydraulic automation systems by opening a pilot-operated stage when the set threshold is reached. The set pressure is factory adjusted to 200 bar, and the rotary knob lets the user fine-tune this value on site. A maximum operating pressure of 315 bar allows headroom for transient peaks. The relief path covers A–T and B–T ports so both work lines are protected. Size 6 dimensions correspond to ISO valve stacks, and the sandwich plate connection fits directly between subplate and actuator manifolds. The ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern maintains interchangeability with standard mounting faces. An unrestricted installation position simplifies integration in vertical or horizontal blocks.
The valve passes up to 60 l/min without exceeding the specified pressure drop, meeting flow demands of medium power circuits. Counter pressure at port T may reach 40 bar without impairing function. Two internal valve cartridges share the hydraulic load and improve repeatability. Sealing elements are NBR to suit mineral oil media and typical temperature ranges. System oil must remain cleaner than ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to avoid premature wear of the pilot elements. During assembly the body is tightened with a 50 Nm hexagon bolt torque to ensure face seal integrity. No locating hole is provided, so alignment relies on the subplate dowel arrangement.
