The Z2DB6VC1-4X/100V pressure relief valve belongs to the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for overpressure protection in hydraulic automation. The valve is built in size 6 and mounts as a sandwich plate, so it can be stacked between subplates and directional valves without additional piping. Its porting pattern follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05, matching common CETOP 03 galleries. Pressure is relieved in both A–T and B–T directions, allowing bidirectional protection across actuator lines. A counter pressure of up to 40 bar can exist at the tank port without affecting opening accuracy. The flow capacity reaches 60 l/min, enabling the valve to safeguard medium-size actuators and pump groups. All dynamic seals are made from FKM to withstand mineral oil and higher temperatures. Acceptable oil cleanliness is defined as ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to prevent erosion and spool sticking. The body is machined without a locating hole, so alignment relies solely on the mounting bolts and dowels in the stack.
