The Z2DB10VD2-4X/200V valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and belongs to the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series. It limits pressure in hydraulic automation circuits by means of a pilot-operated element that opens for both A-B and B-A flow directions, protecting actuators in either direction. A sandwich plate mounting format allows direct stacking in a manifold block, removing the need for external pipework. The set pressure can be tuned up to 200 bar through a sleeve equipped with a hexagon head and a protective cap, providing tamper-resistant adjustment. Two internal cartridges share the relief duty for balanced flow, and pilot oil is discharged externally through port T to isolate control flow from the main line.
The valve withstands a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar while counter-pressure at the return line is limited to 40 bar to keep the pilot stage stable. FKM seals resist heat and fluid additives encountered in industrial environments. The unit may be installed in any orientation without affecting function, which simplifies layout in crowded power units. To prevent spool wear, the hydraulic fluid must meet cleanliness class 20/18/15 according to ISO 4406.
