The Z2DB10VD2-4X/200 pressure relief valve belongs to the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits that must limit excessive line pressure. With a nominal size of 10, it can be integrated on medium-flow subplates without occupying large space. The unit supports a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar, while the adjustable set pressure is limited to 200 bar to protect downstream components. The relief path can be directed from port A to B and from B to A, providing bidirectional protection in closed center systems. A maximum flow of 100 l/min allows the valve to handle common pump outputs. Pressure is set through a type 2 bushing with a hexagon and cap, and the SW30 hexagon size permits adjustment with standard wrenches. Proper fastening requires a tightening torque of 50 Nm to secure the cartridges in the block.
This model contains two cartridges so both service lines receive identical pressure control. The porting pattern conforms to ISO 4401-05-04-0-05, enabling direct mounting on standardized manifolds. NBR seals are fitted to maintain leakage integrity when exposed to common hydraulic oils. The valve accepts fluids up to 800 mm²/s viscosity, which supports start-up at low temperatures or use with high-viscosity media. Ambient operation is allowed between −20 °C and 80 °C so the assembly functions in typical mobile and industrial environments. System cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to prevent wear of the internal seats and spools.
