The Z2DB10VC2-4X/200V valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series. Designed to limit pressure in hydraulic automation manifolds, it mounts in a size 10 (CETOP D05) cavity and uses a sandwich plate connection to fit between subplate and directional valve bodies. The porting pattern ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 and the NFPA connection diagram T3.5.1 R2-2002 D05 align the flow paths with standard interface blocks for straightforward assembly. Two pressure cartridges are installed so the device can provide the A–TA and B–TB relief function on both service lines. A factory pressure setting of 200 bar is adjusted through a sleeve with a hexagon head that sits under a protective cap to prevent accidental changes. The unit weighs 2.88 kg, a mass light enough for manual stack installation without additional support.
The valve housing endures a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar, allowing the spring-loaded elements to open only when line pressure safely exceeds the 200 bar setting. Hydraulic circuits can pass up to 100 l/min through the internal galleries without causing excessive pressure drop, and fluids with viscosities as high as 800 mm²/s remain acceptable for cold-start conditions. Continuous service is permitted up to 80 °C fluid temperature, while an FKM seal set maintains elasticity against synthetic or mineral oils at that heat level. The required cleanliness class of 20/18/15 according to ISO 4406 minimizes particulate erosion of the throttling edges, and the installation position can be any orientation because the poppet design is not gravity-sensitive.
