The Z2DB10VC1-4X/200V pressure relief valve belongs to the ZDB Pressure Relief Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It is installed in hydraulic automation loops to limit system pressure and shield pumps, lines, and cylinders from overload. The pilot-operated construction opens gradually, minimizing pressure spikes when diverting flow. Its pressure stage is fixed at 200 bar, establishing the highest permissible pressure before the valve shifts. Two pressure cartridges reside in the body so each service port can be monitored separately. When the set limit is exceeded, fluid from port A to T or port B to T is directed back to the reservoir.

Integration into a manifold is simplified because the unit is a sandwich plate valve that fits between standardized subplates without extra tubing. Pressure is adjusted through a rotary knob, allowing technicians to fine-tune the setting by hand while the system is running. FKM sealing elements tolerate high temperatures and synthetic hydraulic oils, maintaining tightness under continuous duty. The housing is supplied without a locating hole, therefore alignment depends solely on the through-bolts of the stack and the precision of the mounting faces.
