It supplies pressurized oil to automation circuits and uses a pump displacement of 1.7 in³ per revolution so that, at the rated motor speed of 1750 rpm, the unit delivers a maximum flow of 12.0 gpm to connected actuators. A system working limit of 3000 psi allows cylinders or motors to generate substantial force without overstressing components. The pressure outlet is cut with a 1-1/16-12 SAE-12 thread so pressure lines attach securely, and the tank return uses a 1-5/16-12 SAE-16 port to handle larger flow back into the reservoir. The 40 gal steel reservoir stores enough fluid to prevent aeration and supports heat dissipation during continuous operation. A 20 µm absolute return filter removes particulate before oil re-enters the tank, prolonging component life. An integrated relief valve and pressure gauge combination limits system pressure and provides real-time monitoring for maintenance personnel.
