The PPV20-2-3-RV-1-1-0-0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for compact hydraulic automation circuits. It supplies pressurized fluid through an A10VSO 18 DFR variable-displacement pump with a displacement of 1.10 in³ per revolution, allowing up to 8.0 gpm (30 L/min) at the outlet. The pump is driven by a totally enclosed fan-cooled motor rated at 3 hp, turning at 1750 rpm from a 230/460 VAC three-phase supply. System pressure can reach 3000 psi (200 bar) and a matching pressure gauge is scaled to the same 3000 psi limit for direct monitoring. A 20 gal reservoir stores the working fluid and feeds the pump through P, T, and D ports sized SAE-12, SAE-12, and SAE-8 respectively.
A DBD10 relief valve limits line pressure to protect downstream actuators when demand exceeds setpoints. Return flow passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to capture particulate before the fluid reenters the tank. Thermal management is handled by an air-to-oil heat exchanger located on the leakage line, while no heater is fitted for cold-start assistance. The assembly is also supplied without a level or temperature switch, so external monitoring devices must be added if required. Together these features establish a hydraulic source that meets the stated flow and pressure ratings while maintaining fluid cleanliness and temperature within acceptable limits.
