The PP5/P1-13/1S/3BM1/H0/L0 power pack is built by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series for compact hydraulic automation. It combines a gear pump with a displacement of 0.15 in³ per revolution to generate consistent flow for actuators. A totally enclosed fan-cooled motor rated at 1 hp delivers 1750 rpm at 60 Hz so the pump reaches its design speed without external ventilation. This motor drives a maximum flow of 1.1 GPM, allowing controlled movement in small cylinders and clamping devices. System pressure can be held up to 1300 psi, which supports moderate-duty tooling and fixture circuits. The 5 gal reservoir supplies the necessary oil volume while damping aeration and temperature rise during continuous cycles.
Fluid routing is organized through three fixed ports: connection X1 is a -6 SAE line for pressure, connection X2 is a -12 SAE return, and connection X3 is a -8 JIC auxiliary branch, so installation matches common hose fittings. A manifold port sized SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) with one D03 station lets a directional control valve mount directly to the power pack, reducing external piping. The reservoir includes a -8 SAE drain port to simplify fluid changes during maintenance. Return oil passes through a 20 µm absolute filter, keeping particulate levels low to protect valves and actuators. Together these interface details complete the hydraulic package and support reliable service in machinery requiring compact power units.
