The PP5/P1-13/1/3BM1/H2/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as a compact hydraulic source for automated machinery. The motor runs at 1750 rpm on a 60 Hz supply, giving the pump steady output in typical North American plants. An air/oil heat exchanger designated H2 and shipped under part number R978809109 removes excess heat from the return line to keep fluid viscosity stable. Hydraulic oil is stored in a 5 gal (19.0 L) steel reservoir that provides settling area and structural strength for mobile frames. A –8 SAE drain port at the base of the tank allows clean oil changes without dismantling plumbing. Circulating fluid passes through a 20 µm absolute return filter, trapping fine particles before they reach the reservoir and helping extend component life throughout the circuit.
