The PP5/P1-13/1/3BM1/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It supplies hydraulic power for compact automation stations. A fixed-displacement gear pump rated at 0.15 in³/rev (2.45 cm³/rev) delivers constant volume, driven by a 1 hp (0.7 kW) motor turning at 1750 rpm. The motor is built on a 143TC frame with a totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure, so airborne contaminants do not enter the windings. With this combination the unit provides up to 1.1 GPM (4.15 L/min) and can maintain 1300 psi (90 bar) line pressure for clamping, fixture actuation, or lubrication circuits.
The 5 gal (19.0 L) reservoir includes a filler-breather for clean air exchange and a ‑8 SAE drain port for fluid changes, while a 20 µ absolute return filter removes particulates before oil reenters the tank. A D03 bar manifold with one station is integrated, and its working connections are tapped for SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) fittings to simplify valve mounting. A pressure gauge is factory installed for real-time reading, and a pressure-line check valve stops backflow when the pump is idle. These features create a self-contained hydraulic source that mounts close to machinery with minimal external plumbing.
