The PP5/G2005/2/3BM3/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation tasks. It combines a fixed-displacement gear pump with a 2 hp motor to generate oil flow. The pump displacement is 0.34 in³ per revolution, producing up to 2.5 GPM for actuators. System pressure can reach 1160 PSI, enabling medium-duty clamping or positioning circuits. The three-phase motor runs at 1750 rpm on 230/460 V supplies, so it integrates with common industrial power grids. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure protects the windings from dust, and the 145TC frame keeps alignment straightforward during assembly.
The unit stores fluid in a 5 gal steel reservoir and sends the return stream through a 20 µm absolute filter to control contamination. A bar manifold with three D03 stations accepts directional valves, and the A and B work ports share an SAE-8 (3/4-16) thread for consistent hose connections. Twelve auxiliary ports labeled X1 through X12 are threaded -8 SAE, while port X13 is tapped -8 JIC for test points or auxiliary circuits. These interfaces support the rated flow without restriction and allow compact mounting of control components within the hydraulic package.
