The PP5/G2004/5/RV/H0/L0 hydraulic power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It supplies pressurized oil to automated cylinders and valves. A -8 SAE drain port at the reservoir base lets maintenance staff remove oil quickly for service. Return flow passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to trap fine particles and extend component life. A factory-installed relief valve with an integrated pressure gauge limits line pressure and provides visual feedback during setup. The gear pump works with the relief assembly to maintain simple, low-pulse operation in closed-center or intermittent duty circuits. These features create a self-contained hydraulic source that integrates into automation frames with minimal external plumbing.
