The PP5/G2004/5/3BM2/H0/L0 power pack is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the Rexroth Power Packs series and delivers pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation tasks. A pump displacement of 0.24 in³/rev (3.93 cm³/rev) governs the volume moved per revolution, while a maximum flow of 1.8 GPM (6.80 L/min) limits the delivery rate to downstream valves. The assembly withstands up to 2,900 PSI (200 bar), enabling operation in medium-pressure circuits. A 5 HP (3.7 kW) motor supplies the mechanical energy needed to sustain that flow and pressure. Its synchronous speed of 1,750 rpm aligns with the pump sizing for efficient output. A 5 gal (19.0 L) reservoir stores oil, allowing thermal dissipation and makeup volume for cylinder retraction. The reservoir drain port is sized at –8 SAE to expedite fluid changes. Return oil passes through a 20 µ absolute filter so particulate is removed before re-entering the tank. Two manifold stations let designers mount up to two directional valves for multi-actuator control, and the D03 valve pattern matches standard CETOP 3 interfaces. Pressure and return lines connect through SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) A/B ports, providing leak-tight threads sized for the specified flow rate.
