The PP5/G2004/3BM1 hydraulic power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series from Bosch Rexroth and is configured to supply controlled oil flow for automated machinery. A G2-004 gear pump inside the unit moves 0.24 in³ per revolution (3.93 cm³/rev) and can deliver up to 1.8 GPM (6.80 L/min). A 5 gal (19.0 L) reservoir stores the working fluid and reduces temperature rise during continuous duty. Drive energy is supplied by a three-phase motor built in the 182TC frame, protected by a totally enclosed fan-cooled housing. The motor produces 3 hp (2.2 kW) at 1750 RPM, matching the pump’s displacement to the stated flow without overloading. It accepts 230 or 460 V AC input at 60 Hz, allowing installation on common industrial power networks. Ported outlets a and b on the manifold use SAE-8 threads (3/4-16 UNC) so standard hydraulic fittings can be attached quickly. These electrical and hydraulic specifications combine to form a compact power source for presses, clamps, or other automated fixtures that require reliable oil delivery.
