Five bar manifold stations allow multiple valve assemblies to be mounted directly on the unit, supporting parallel actuator functions without external plumbing. The manifold uses ports X1 through X12 with –8 SAE fittings, while port X13 is provided with a –8 JIC fitting to match common hose terminations. The motor is wound for dual input voltages of 230 or 460 V so the same unit can be wired into low or high voltage three-phase networks. It operates at 1750 rpm, matching the gear pump’s displacement to produce the stated delivery rate with minimal pulsation. Three-phase construction ensures smooth torque and reduces current imbalance compared with single-phase alternatives. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure protects the windings from oil mist and shop contaminants while maintaining stable temperature through an external fan. The frame size 182TC defines the mounting footprint, shaft height, and flange dimensions, allowing direct replacement with standard NEMA motors when service is required.
